Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of network infrastructure
Deliver comprehensive network support across all organizational operating systems
Ensure reliable and consistent connectivity for all networked computers and devices
Manage and facilitate backup solutions, including Backup as a Service
Maintain network servers, including associated hardware, software, services, and system settings
Evaluate, test, and implement upgrades for system performance and security
Continuously monitor and troubleshoot the network to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime
Configure, adjust, and manage network user accounts, settings, and permissions
Develop and update technical support documentation for network systems and applications
Ability to collaborate with and support users across the organization
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years' experience in a network administration role
Thorough understanding of networking concepts and computing infrastructure
Demonstrated expertise in network engineering, operations, and performance analysis
Experience with leading server management and monitoring tools
Excellent communication skills for delivering user training and support
Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments
Windows Server, Basic Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

Entra ID (Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access)
SCCM
Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, Configuration Profiles)

Preferred
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and routers preferred
Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP preferred
