This role will oversee supply planning for a complex and diverse set of material categories, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Oversee the supply planning function across multiple material categories in a complex environment
Review and release purchase requisitions, initiate stock transfers, and expedite with vendors to meet project start dates
Coordinate and communicate allocation plans during material shortages
Provide off-hour procurement and expediting support during storms or emergency situations, as required
Collaborate closely with Program Management, Construction, and Finance teams to align on supply plans and assumptions
Maintain and update SAP planning parameters in alignment with demand forecasts to achieve target fill rates and inventory turnover
Analyze supply and inventory data, present findings, and make recommendations to management
Coach peers on supply planning concepts and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, inventory planning, or a related field
Hands-on SAP experience (SAP ERP / APO preferred)
Strong understanding of inventory management, statistical forecasting, and their financial and operational impacts
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, formulas, and shortcuts
Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
7+ years of supply chain or related experience
Master's degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience
APICS CPIM certification
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools
Experience with SAP APO, Oracle Demand Planning, or similar planning tools
