Responsibilities

Lead process improvement projects within OGC and other teams

Improve internal workflows, tools, and governance standards

Track project deliverables, create updates, and communicate progress to team members

Provide training for legal technology tools

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other departments to implement efficient solutions

Ensure compliance with company policies

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field (preferred)

Paralegal certification or coursework; legal operations experience

3–5 years of experience in legal operations, process improvement, or project management within a legal or corporate environment

Familiarity with legal technology platforms (CLM tools, e-billing, matter management systems)
