Responsibilities
Support the preapproval process by gathering documentation, organizing files, and ensuring completeness
Assist with issuing preapprovals accurately and promptly
Prepare files for submission to processing and underwriting with clean documentation and clear notes
Promptly return calls, emails, and messages from borrowers and real estate agents
Maintain positive, professional, and helpful relationships with real estate partners
Provide clear status updates and set expectations, even when a full answer is not immediately available
Represent brand with professionalism, calm confidence, and urgency
Leverage technology to improve efficiency and reduce friction
Maintain strong time management skills and daily prioritization
Enter complete and accurate data into Encompass
Enter and maintain client contacts and communication logs
Qualification
Required
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a regulated environment
Positive outlook and proactive attitude in a deadline-driven role
Preferred
Two or more years of mortgage or real estate experience preferred
