Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other related deal documents, in line with client expectations and closing timelines

Interface with deal counsel and clients to obtain required documentation

Review and negotiate financing agreements with lenders

Research legal matters as needed, including but not limited to corporate and real estate law

Comfortable handling the lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions with a strong attention to detail

Ability to work with a variety of attorneys, paralegals, and staff, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Experience in construction-related real estate matters
