Responsibilities
Serve as a central resource for all prospective Master of Business Administration (MBA) students, including the Full-time MBA and Working Professionals Programs
Respond to inquiries, communicating information and expectations, and support the MBA Admissions & Student Recruitment Campus Visit Program
Execute front desk operations for the MBA Admissions Suite, general financial functions, train and supervise Student Assistants, and execute a wide-range of office and/or administrative tasks
Liaise between prospective students and the MBA Admissions & Student Recruitment office, supporting all candidates participating in the Campus Visit Program
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality customer service and develop appropriate solutions to challenges, as they arise
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
Ability to work with a broad range of internal and external constituents
A strong command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer throughout most of the day
This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority in accordance with the Clery Act. This position will be required to report Clery crimes to the Clery Compliance Manager and complete annual training about reporting responsibilities
Evening work occasionally, Overtime occasionally, Weekend work occasionally
