Inside Sales Representative
Precoa is a leader in the preneed insurance industry, known for its fun and upbeat culture. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for following up with warm leads, setting appointments, and supporting the Field Sales team to help families plan for their future.

Responsibilities
Follow up with warm leads who have already expressed interest in preplanning
Make around 200 dials per day to set client appointments
Support the Field Sales team by providing accurate information to help educate clients
Develop sales skills through ongoing training and professional development
Work remotely with a flexible schedule including half-day Fridays
Qualification
Required
Sales experience (phone, in-person, insurance, retail)
Demonstrate common sense, compassion, and empathy, on the phone and with colleagues
Comfortability with PC operations, software and video conferencing
Ability to type notes effectively
Ability to work any designated day shift (Monday-Thursday 9 hour shifts, Friday 4 hour shift and done by 12PM PST)
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems a bonus!
