Responsibilities
Record legal proceedings, primarily depositions, in compliance with court and evidentiary standards
Set up, operate, and break down video, audio, and lighting equipment on-site
Ensure clear, accurate, and professional recordings suitable for legal use
Provide value-added services such as synchronized transcripts and picture-in-picture video
Support trial presentation services and courtroom technology as needed
Edit and manage video files for delivery to clients and internal teams
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all client interactions
Assist with internal marketing or creative video projects during downtime
Qualification
Required
Experience in videography; legal videography experience strongly preferred
Comfort working in structured, deadline-driven environments
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with AV equipment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Clear, professional communication skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with trial presentation tools (TrialDirector, OnCue, or similar) is a plus
