Responsibilities
Directs and oversees activities of the Randstad employees to ensure consistent achievement of production meets quality standards
Interfaces with client managers and supervisors to determine work priorities/schedules and to ensure accomplishment of overall goals
Observes workforce to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Provides training and guidance to ensure optimum performance levels
Orients new talent to work environment and position
Identifies work issues and areas for improvement
Partners with Randstad Site Team to direct movement and deployment of employee's between work areas
Perform daily attendance audits
Conducts pre-shift meeting to communicate shift goals/priorities and reinforce safety standards/best practices
Maintains accurate and up-to-date performance documentation
Issue corrective actions and dismiss employees off the premises when needed
Conduct GMP and safety audits and assess the work area for PPE violations
Qualification
Required
