Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth plans by aligning market trends with company solutions
Identify pricing dynamics and strategies to develop a robust sales pipeline
Meet or exceed individual sales goals to contribute to annual targets
Create and manage a strategic sales pipeline within corrugated packaging sales
Manage contractual relationships and negotiate contracts
Drive commercial excellence through new account development, growth in existing accounts, and margin improvement plans
Leverage internal resources to understand market trends and competition
Monitor profitability levels and analyze financial summaries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience with corrugated packaging
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI
Preferred
2-5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
