Responsibilities
Mastery of IP networking protocols, architectures, and technologies (e.g., routing, switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, optical transport)
Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate within complex network environments
Experience with IP OR Optical deployments is essential. The candidate does not need both, but needs either IP or Optical experience
Proven track record managing large-scale network infrastructure projects
Skills in building and executing deployment scopes, schedules, and resource plans
Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs (deployment speed, quality, efficiency, SLAs)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate technical discussions and drive alignment
Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met
Ability to provide clear, regular reporting and insights to senior management and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Deep Technical Expertise in IP or Optical Networking
