Responsibilities
Support the business by providing producing, talent acquisition and process, for Nordstrom.com
Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies to support company goals
Ensure the development, implementation and ongoing management of department programs
Complete special projects by clarifying plans and objectives and ensuring timely delivery
Partner with management, producers and others to anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans
Assist in adhering to the department’s budget
Collaborate on the hiring and supervision of an efficient and effective team that meets the needs of each functional area
Ensure alignment on priorities and direction by partnering with other groups and leaders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years E-commerce experience – photo studio experience a plus
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
