Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise BTs/RBTs and support families with caregiver training
Collaborate with Clinical Managers and other BCBAs to improve outcomes
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA and LBA
Experience working with individuals with autism
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including flexibility for schedule changes to meet patient and staff needs
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to successfully complete and pass background and reference checks, and a drug screen
Preferred
Experience with ABA data collection software
