Service Manager
AOG Living is a full-service multi-family residential management company with over 40 years of experience. The Service Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage maintenance staff, and ensure high standards of service delivery while addressing the repair and upkeep needs of the property.

Oversee daily maintenance operations
Ensure a high standard of service delivery
Scheduling and managing maintenance staff
Ensuring compliance with safety standards
Addressing repair and upkeep needs of the property
Coordinating with vendors and contractors
Conduct inspections
Handle resident service requests
Contribute to maintaining the overall quality of the community
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Facility with property maintenance tasks, including repairs, troubleshooting, and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work orders and maintenance projects
Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and equipment maintenance best practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
Preferred
Experience in budget management and vendor contract negotiations are a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
Relevant certifications such as HVAC or CMRT (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician) are advantageous
