Responsibilities
Partner with departments to document current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Maintain process documentation, system requirements, and change logs to support governance and knowledge sharing
Support testing, validation, and rollout of system and process changes, including user enablement and documentation
Establish a standardized framework for intake, prioritization, and documentation of system and process change requests
Qualification
Required
Experience documenting business processes and system requirements in a growing, evolving environment where processes are still being defined
Strong understanding of business systems concepts (CRM, ERP, SalesForce, ZenDesk)
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
2+ years of experience supporting system or process change initiatives in a SaaS or technology-enabled organization
Preferred
Familiarity with SaaS environments and change management practices is a plus
