Responsibilities
Drive new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and consistent prospecting
Quote, present, and close insurance policies using a needs-based sales approach
Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell opportunities
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads
Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a sales-focused mindset
Track pipeline activity and performance metrics to meet and exceed sales goals
Collaborate with agency team members to support overall production targets
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
Sales-dominant mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed goals
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Confidence initiating and leading sales conversations
Organized, motivated, and accountable work style
Preferred
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
