CX OPERATIONS & PROGRAM MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER

Responsibilities
Own CX operations and program delivery across all HumanQ offerings
Manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously
Build and maintain detailed Excel-based trackers, plans, and operational dashboards
Create clear, polished PowerPoint decks for customers and internal stakeholders
Drive timelines, dependencies, and follow ups across customers, Catalysts, and internal teams
Coordinate scheduling, communications, and execution across many moving parts
Serve as the operational point person from deal handoff through delivery and reporting
Rapidly switch between priorities without losing accuracy or follow through
Identify operational gaps and fix them with practical, scalable solutions
Decide when to standardize, when to automate, and when manual precision is required
Qualification
Required
8–12 years' experience in operations, program management, CX delivery, consulting, and/or PMO roles
4 solid years of Project Management experience
Strong in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, logic, scenario tracking)
Exceptional in Microsoft PowerPoint—you can produce clean, executive ready decks quickly
Proven ability to manage many parallel workstreams with frequent context switching
Calm, structured, and reliable under pressure
Detail oriented with strong follow through—nothing slips
Comfortable working in fast changing, imperfect environments
Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
Able to work core collaboration hours of 9:00am–6:00pm; these hours are required and non-negotiable due to the level of cross functional and customer coordination involved in this role
