Responsibilities
Manage all stages of personal injury litigation, including Labor Law, slip-and-fall, and motor vehicle accident cases
Conduct trials, take cases to verdict, and handle courtroom appearances across multiple counties
Assess case merit, liability, and value, and determine coverage and medical needs
Draft pleadings, motions, and all related legal documents
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, motion hearings, and trial proceedings
Negotiate settlements at various litigation phases
Provide strategic guidance to clients and maintain consistent communication
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal analyses
Manage multiple deadlines, court appearances, and case-related administrative requirements
Qualification
Required
At least five years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Strong, proven trial experience with the ability to take cases to verdict
Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload and maintain professionalism under pressure
Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
