Compensation Analyst
Horizontal Talent is seeking a Compensation Analyst to leverage analytical expertise in workforce structures and data transition processes. The role involves developing workforce frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies in data mapping.
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance foundational workforce frameworks in Oracle, integrating jobs, grades, and related elements
Ensure seamless mapping of legacy data from PeopleSoft to Oracle configurations, aligning employees accurately with salary bases and job functions
Conduct meticulous validation of test conversion files, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with teams to resolve issues
Maintain high data accuracy to prevent system failures and contribute to efficient organizational operations
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to manage large datasets with precision using Excel and troubleshoot complex data issues
Experience with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft and Oracle, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
Effective communicator able to work collaboratively with technical and HR teams
Preferred
Familiarity with Oracle configuration requirements and workforce structure file management
Ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback into system updates and prepare for test loads
