Take on an active caseload and play a key role in managing and growing the personal injury defense practice
Handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, and trial prep
Lead case strategy and supervise junior attorneys or paralegals
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Substantial litigation experience (ideally 8+ years) with an emphasis on personal injury defense
Proven ability to handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, and trial prep
Ability to lead case strategy and supervise junior attorneys or paralegals
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Team-first mentality with a desire to grow within a supportive, client-focused firm
Preferred
An independent book of business is not required (though it's a plus)
