Responsibilities
Budgeting and forecasting, cost management, capital management, and consolidation
Participates in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by management
Provides routine reports for senior leadership
Partners with key businesses to provide month-end analysis and commentary related to the financial close cycle
Executes annual goals and objectives as defined by the Finance team
Prepares consolidated reporting, presentations, and analysis
Compliant with regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees and business customers
Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience performing financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling
Previous experience working with Hyperion Essbase, SAP, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) considered a plus
Experience working with financial systems applications
Previous experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner
Strong organizational skills and demonstrates perseverance
