Responsibilities
Establish fair and reasonable cost analysis positions and negotiation ranges - including completion of supplier proposal compliance review
Develop, plan and schedule proposals
Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments
Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal efforts
Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 0 years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance and SCI access
Experience with MS Office
Preferred
Knowledge of the government regulations FAR and DFARS
Experience working within Proposals
Active DOD Top Secret Clearance, with SCI
Experience working with Basis of Estimate (BOE) and analyzing BOE quality
Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, VBA coding and Macros
Experience with parametric modeling (such as SEER-SIM, PRICE True Planning, etc.)
Proficient in using Pro-Pricer
Experience conducting cost analysis and risk modeling
