Responsibilities
Merit bonus target: 6%, paid the following year (pro‑rated)
Shared Success bonus: 1.5%, paid the following year (pro‑rated)
401(k) match of 6% with immediate vesting after 90 days
Three weeks vacation, 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and paid volunteer time (vacation pro‑rated based on start date)
Life insurance at 2× annual salary, plus optional supplemental coverage
Hybrid schedule: Home Mondays & Fridays; in‑office Tues–Thurs, with flexibility for appointments and four additional WFH holiday weeks
