Responsibilities
Design and ship production-grade Generative AI capabilities
Build full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Develop observability and AI-tracing systems for complex AI workflows
Own feature delivery from requirements to implementation and iteration
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership
Improve performance, reliability, and quality of AI-driven systems
Contribute to internal frameworks and reusable components
Lead and participate in technical discussions and code reviews
Qualification
Required
Ample full-stack software engineering experience
Proven experience with LLM-powered applications, agents, or workflows
Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Familiarity with GenAI development patterns (RAG, embeddings, vector search)
Hands-on with orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Ability to operate autonomously and make pragmatic technical decisions
Strong debugging, architecture, and performance tuning skills
Preferred
Bonus: Python, vector databases, ML infra, open-source contributions
