Responsibilities

Perform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection
Perform inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection
Enter inspection results into manufacturing execution system
Generate non-conformance/defect reports as required
Be able to read and interpret specifications and part prints
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation
Enforcing FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols
Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems
Perform a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of PCBA inspection and IPC-A-610 certification or previous is required
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of inspection (incoming) experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment
Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to spend long periods of time sitting using a microscope
Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred

Knowledge of Aegis Factory Logix
Experience working in aerospace/defense industry
Experience with wire bond / die attach inspection
