Responsibilities
Serve as a hands-on creative leader producing high quality design photo and video content across all three brands
Lead and elevate the work of existing designers and a production artist through clear direction collaboration and feedback
Design edit retouch and publish photography and video for ecommerce campaigns and marketing across paid and organic channels
Adapt and version creative to meet platform specific requirements including size format aspect ratio and performance needs
Provide art direction for photo and video shoots and support content production from concept through delivery
Build and maintain scalable design systems templates and reusable assets to improve speed consistency and quality
Collaborate with Brand Marketing Leads and Heads of Brand to deliver on brand creative aligned with each brand’s unique aesthetic and goals
Apply fluency in the fashion apparel market to ensure creative is timely relevant and commercially effective
Qualification
Required
Five to eight years of hands-on experience in design and art direction for fashion apparel or lifestyle brands
Proven ability to lead designers while remaining deeply execution focused
Strong expertise in photo retouching video editing and multi-channel content production
Experience publishing and optimizing creative for both paid and organic media
Demonstrated understanding of design systems brand consistency and scalable creative workflows
Strong portfolio showing individual execution content production and systems thinking
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and required video editing tools
Able to report for work during office hours five days a week in Honolulu, Hawaii or San Clemente, CA
