Managing HR functions such as overseeing HR policies, employee benefits, HR management tasks, and personnel administration
Handling accounts payable and receivable processes
Ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
Collaborating with teams to support operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and understanding of HR Policies
Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management practices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Administer payroll functions through systems such as Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity; ensure accurate data collection and processing
Proficiency in basic accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable processes, and financial record-keeping
Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in using HR and accounting software tools
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the fitness industry or a similar field is a plus
