Responsibilities
Design and develop robust software applications using Spring Boot and Microservices to enhance system performance and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Implement efficient database solutions using SQL to ensure data integrity and optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain system reliability and user satisfaction
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards
Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions
Participate in agile development processes to deliver projects on time and within scope
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster professional growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical solutions accordingly
Develop and maintain documentation for software applications to facilitate knowledge sharing
Engage in regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for database management and optimization
Exhibit strong expertise in Spring Boot for developing scalable applications
Showcase experience in Microservices architecture for modular and efficient software design
Possess in-depth knowledge of Spring Framework for building robust applications
Have excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
Display effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
