Responsibilities
Senior FP&A Consultant will lead monthly forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
Deliver financial reporting and analytics, including variance analysis, performance tracking, and executive-ready insights
Provide hands-on FP&A support with a strong emphasis on forecasting, budgeting, and detailed financial analysis
Support global sales organizations, including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance measurement
As a Senior FP&A Consultant, you will partner with Marketing and Media teams to support spend planning, ROI analysis, and campaign performance tracking
Contribute to strategy-driven, project-based, and ad hoc FP&A initiatives to support business decision-making
Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior, client-facing stakeholders, translating financial data into clear business insights
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in FP&A, preferably in a consulting or highly matrixed environment
Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable recommendations
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Media functions, ideally in a global context
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and analytics tools
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments
