Commission Full Desk Recruiter
Harvard Partners Health is seeking a results-driven Full-Desk Recruiter who thrives in sales, cold calling, and relationship building. This remote role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, client acquisition, sourcing, screening, and placement while earning strong commissions.

Responsibilities
Acquire new hospital, SNF and healthcare clients
Source, screen, and place local and travel nurses
Conduct daily cold calls and pipeline development
Negotiate contracts and close placements
Manage multiple searches and maintain activity tracking
Support onboarding for successful placements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development
Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection
Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills
Self-starter with a work mindset
Preferred
Healthcare staffing or clinical operations experience preferred
Sales & CRM: HubSpot Sales, Salesforce, or similar CRM certifications
Recruitment: ASA Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), AIRS (CIR), or LinkedIn Recruiter
Methodology: Formal training in sales methodologies like Sandler, SPIN, or Challenger Sale
Remote Work: Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) or similar proof of remote sales success
Only individuals with proven success in sales, BtoB sales and agency recruiting, as well as professionals with hands-on experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, assisted living, scheduling, memory care or care coordination
