This role involves partnering closely with executive leadership and operational teams to develop and execute people strategies that support high‑quality patient care and organizational growth.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to executive and clinical leadership, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, mission, and values
Develop and implement HR strategies that support workforce planning, clinician recruitment and retention, succession planning, and employee engagement
Lead change management initiatives related to organizational growth, acquisitions, restructuring, and regulatory changes within home health and hospice operations
Provide guidance and oversight on employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices across all locations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations (including CMS, CHAP, Joint Commission, and state licensing requirements)
Mitigate employment‑related risk and support audits, surveys, and regulatory investigations
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, setting clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards
Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence aligned with patient‑centered care
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
Analyze workforce data and metrics to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Heathcare Administration or related field
Have 8-10 years of HR leadership experience, healthcare preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations
Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict skills
Proven ability to influence and partner with executive and clinical leaders
Ability to balance operational demands with long-term strategic priorities
Preferred
Master's Degree
Prior experience in home health, hospice or post-acute care
SHRM-CP, SPHR or equivalent professional certification
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
