Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices for residential solar PV systems
Ensure compliance with Trinity Solar’s installation standards, NEC, and local regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently and safely
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle with all necessary tools and materials
Assess jobsite conditions to execute tasks safely and effectively
Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution
Represent Trinity Solar with professionalism and exceptional customer service

Qualification

Required

4-5 years of electrical or solar installation experience
Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), especially Articles 690-710
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical system challenges efficiently
Exceptional time management and adaptability to changing field conditions
Residential solar installation experience is essential
High dedication to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions

Preferred

Familiarity with equipment operation (e.g., trenchers, lifts) is a plus
