Client Services Representative
B2E Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Representative who will serve as the primary contact for their Payroll, Time & Labor, and HR customers. The role involves providing excellent customer service support, resolving client issues, and supporting client satisfaction and retention goals.

Responsibilities
Accountable for all aspects of payroll processing for clients
Strong focus on customer satisfaction, detail & follow up
Provide accurate information for payroll & tax-related issues
Resolve client concerns relating to payroll processing & systems issues
Be conscious of possible new opportunities for additional products & services for our clients
Keep updated on the Company’s services, system & software changes
Keep updated on changes in wage & tax law
Properly document all client communications with the CRM system
Recognize when an issue must be escalated to another area for resolution
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years Payroll processing Experience
Time & Labor and Human Resources experience a plus
Experience with automated payroll systems (UKG/Kronos preferred)
Experience working with customers/providing excellent customer services, etc
Excellent phone skills, computer & data entry skills
The ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
Flexibility to work in a team environment as well as individually
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
