They are seeking dynamic Certified Financial Planners® (CFP®) who will engage with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans and present Roth Conversion strategies.

Responsibilities

Take 8-10 pre-scheduled meetings per week with qualified leads from our marketing efforts
Educate each client on our philosophy related to solving their problems
Schedule follow up meetings with clients who are still interested but haven’t made a decision
Maintain Monthly Key Performance Indicators
Attend weekly team meetings & KPI reviews

Required

CFP Designation in good standing
10 years experience in financial services
Clean regulatory (U4) history
Must have a solid understanding of consultative and solutions-focused selling
Experience communicating with prospects and clients remotely
Experience developing and presenting financial plans
On-screen presence and personality (passionate and enthusiastic during meetings)
Proven track record of success
Comfortable addressing and overcoming objections
Excellent active listening skills
Great at connecting and building rapport
Ability to close the sale
Dedicated to following a required company process
Excellent communication skills
Friendly
Team oriented
Collaborative and add to team discussion
Coachable
Outgoing
Motivated to exceed expectations
