Responsibilities
Perform daily and routine chemical bath analysis and facilitate changes and additions
Prepare and evaluate micro-sections per required specifications
Identify and control nonconforming product
Prepare and perform all statistical data collections required
Qualification
Required
HS diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years minimum experience in PCB manufacturing
Preferred
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of complex board manufacturing including but not limited to, military rigid and rigid-flex board manufacturing
Understanding of industry standards and specifications (IPC)
Able to effectively communicate with management and supervisory staff
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Able to support and implement company safety protocols
The ability to read and understand English
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of chemicals and solutions related to PCB manufacturing
General knowledge of customer drawings, specifications, and industry specifications
