Responsibilities
Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to drive top-line revenue, capture market share in shore power, and meet ambitious growth targets; analyze market dynamics, identify key players, and create actionable sales plans
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understand their needs, and deliver tailored products and business models
Identify major projects and target accounts, monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics, and participate in negotiations of legal and commercial agreements
Develop a high-performing network, ensure clear communication of ABB’s value proposition, and enhance ABB’s visibility through market segment communication and trade fair participation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with System Integration, OEM and/or EPC market in Marine, Infrastructure and/or Industrial segments
Demonstrated track record of driving sales and market expansion in a business development or sales role
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Experience in working in a multinational matrix organization with excellent networking and communication skills
Strong business acumen, influencing skills, and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
