Responsibilities
Generate assigned dispatch, routing, and mileage reports on a daily basis
Review and control all Make-Sequence changes (Form 800) for Pre-Sell and Tel-Sell routes to ensure proper routing and call sequences
Review new customer accounts to confirm correct call/week sequencing
Enter approved routing and sequence changes into the main system as required
Review and respond to “what-if” routing requests from Sales and Distribution
Create and update Pre-Sell itineraries as needed
Generate and maintain Pre-Sell mileage reports
Respond to inquiries and assist departments with Call Day and Form 800 issues
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to interpret routing, sequencing, and operational data
Proficient in data entry and report generation
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
