Responsibilities
Support key program tasks within the Insiders and Referral Program
Gain exposure to corporate recruiting operations and program management
Run enablement and onboarding for new Insiders
Manage case management for Insiders and Referrals
Report and track metrics
Develop communication strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Quip
Eager to learn and contribute to a high-impact, mission-driven team
