Communicate and work directly with team
Communicate and source directly with factory when necessary
Expert in Illustrator, and Photoshop (Adobe Suite) – this job is focused on details of Silhouettes
Must be able to sketch front and back views for Lingerie and Sleepwear silhouettes
Ability to sketch brand right designs
Market Research
Be able to create trend pages and presentations as needed for buyers
Must be able to take on a variety of projects and design, dependent on what is needed that specific day, hit the ground running
Ensure the accuracy of technical packs, which include detailed sketches, fabric and garment construction, and trim pages and placement
Meet all deadlines in adherence to the seasonal design calendar
Track and submit line and samples for licensor review and approvals
Must have comprehensive understanding of garment construction specifically Lingerie
Take part in regular fittings as scheduled
Must have strong time management, multitasking skills, excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail
Qualification
Required
4 years+ experience in Designing Intimates and Sleepwear
Ability to take detailed feedback from Creative Design Director to execute company vision
