Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop hardware, software, and systems in a data center or centralized network environment
Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security
Monitor, track, and document system performance and utilization metrics
Recommend hardware, software, and process improvements to increase efficiency
Support IT and infrastructure projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Provide professional-level technical support for computer and data center operations
Support server and non-desktop hardware
Maintain system security
Ensure reliable performance across centralized computing environments
Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop hardware, software, and systems in a data center or centralized network environment
Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security
Monitor, track, and document system performance and utilization metrics
Recommend hardware, software, and process improvements to increase efficiency
Support IT and infrastructure projects as needed
Strong computing experience with the ability to adapt quickly to change
Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
Excellent customer service skills
Experience supporting Laboratory environments
Experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Life science industries

Preferred
Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus
