Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of major donors, corporate partners, and UHNW philanthropists
Leverage an established personal network to expand donor and partnership pipelines
Develop and execute strategies to secure six- and seven-figure gifts and sponsorships
Partner closely with executive leadership on donor outreach, prospecting, and engagement strategy
Support fundraising strategy and donor programming for high-profile international events
Represent the organization at cultural, corporate, and philanthropic engagements
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and donor communications
Maintain high-touch stewardship practices to drive long-term donor loyalty and growth
Track donor activity, opportunities, and outcomes in coordination with internal teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in senior fundraising, major gifts, or strategic partnerships
Proven success securing significant philanthropic and corporate contributions
Established network within corporate, entertainment, and philanthropic communities, particularly in New York
Strong executive presence with polished donor-facing communication skills
Experience supporting high-visibility fundraising events
Highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable in high-profile environments
Genuine passion for mission-driven and humanitarian work
