Senior Analytics Manager – Marketing & Media
Intellectt Inc is looking for a data-driven marketing analytics leader who can turn complex media performance data into clear business insights for executives. The role involves leading the analytics, measurement, and reporting strategy across full-funnel paid media campaigns to help marketing leaders understand their performance and make informed investment decisions.
Responsibilities
Own analytics and reporting across paid search, social, display, and retail media
Deliver executive-ready reports with clear, actionable insights
Analyze performance across the funnel: awareness → consideration → conversion
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, traffic, and revenue
Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) initiatives
Measure ROI, incrementality, and channel impact
Translate advanced modeling results into business-friendly insights
Build compelling dashboards, presentations, and business reviews
Clearly communicate media performance, trends, and opportunities to leadership
Partner with paid media teams, agencies, and analytics groups
Help define tagging, tracking, and KPI measurement strategies
Align media performance insights with broader business goals
Improve and automate reporting workflows
Streamline how data flows into leadership presentations and dashboards
Qualification
Required
8+ years in marketing/media analytics or marketing measurement
Strong hands-on experience with MMM and/or MTA
Background in analyzing paid media performance (search, social, display, retail media)
Strong ability to turn data into clear, actionable stories
Deep understanding of media ROI and performance metrics
Experience building executive-level marketing reports
Comfortable working across teams and managing stakeholders
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience supporting large brands, ecommerce, or consumer products is a plus
SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI
Experience with attribution or MMM tools/platforms
Knowledge of retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is a plus
