Responsibilities

Achieve $2M+ in annualized new business within the first 12–24 months of hire
Drive net-new revenue by selling Non-Asset Brokerage solutions to enterprise clients
Lead consultative sales conversations focused on problem-solving and business outcomes
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Develop tailored proposals and solution designs aligned to client needs
Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with strong financial and operational impact
Position NFI as a strategic extension of clients’ transportation operations
Identify and pursue high-value target accounts across priority industries
Partner with internal teams to deliver compelling value propositions
Support cross-selling and expansion within existing strategic accounts
Partner with operations, solutions, pricing, and leadership to ensure win-ready solutions
Contribute to refining go-to-market strategy and TM value proposition
Serve as a subject matter expert on managed transportation and 4PL solutions

Required

5+ years of selling 4PL / Managed Transportation / Transportation Management solutions experience required
Strong desire to win in a quota-driven, performance-based sales environment
Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require
Deep understanding of the transportation and logistics marketplace
Proven success in prospecting, closing, and growing new business
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate a clear value proposition
Analytical mindset, able to assess customer needs, design solutions, and confidently sell them
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM systems
Flexibility to work extended or non-traditional hours when needed
