Responsibilities

Plan and build the organization’s end-user systems, both hardware and software components, to support business requirements
Design End User information systems that align with user needs and the overall IT architecture under moderate supervision
Prepare lifecycle validation of End User systems and solutions to identify technical constraints and assess system capabilities relative to organizational requirements
Monitor operational End User system performance to maximize the utilization of IT resources and ensure efficient functioning
Design end user facing system architecture that meets current and future business needs
Designs, Implements, Manages, and Supports various technologies for the organization and ITS Department

Required

Hybrid Position (Greensboro, NC) - Required to be within one hour of driving time from Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager for Win Intel Devices, imaging, patching, and software deployment
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with desktop virtualization for Windows 365 and/or Azure Virtual Desktop
At least 3 years hands on Microsoft Print Server Management experience
At least 3 years hands on providing Tier III support (detailed troubleshooting and resolving issues)
At least 3 years hands on experience documenting and maintaining documentation of systems design, configurations, and operational procedures
Have experience collaborating with functional and operational staff and managers to understand information requirements and support the development of project plans, cost estimates, and schedules
Experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise
Experience keeping certification and/licensure required for position up-to-date with no expiration
Perform additional duties as reasonably required or assigned to support the organization's IT goals
Candidate must be available to work On Call off hours support on a rotational basis with the rest of the team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions
Access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities
A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations

Preferred

Have hands on experience procuring, managing and deploying cellular devices and pagers
Have hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management, WorkSpace One preferred
