Responsibilities
Assist with rack location reduction and reorganization projects to improve space utilization
Support efforts to streamline storage locations and reduce inventory handling errors
Hang, update, and maintain signage for glass and finished goods locations
Verify signage accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards across all warehouse areas
Help establish and maintain standardized signage guidelines
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to improve accuracy
Support investigation and resolution of inventory transaction discrepancies
Help identify root causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions
Document completed changes related to rack locations, signage updates, and inventory corrections
Track progress of improvement initiatives and report updates to leadership
Escalate issues as required
Participate in ongoing warehouse improvement projects
Support initiatives that improve material flow, visual management, and operational efficiency
Contribute to long-term process improvements that enhance scalability and stability
Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals
Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with normal standing, walking, and lifting within safe limits
Comfortable working both independently and in a team-based environment
English proficiency required, with strong verbal and written communication skills
