Sr Manager CRM

They are seeking a Senior Manager CRM to lead the strategy and execution of CRM initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention, driving engagement, and optimizing performance through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Own the CRM program end-to-end including automation flows, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define customer segments, messaging strategies, and through the line activation tactics
Co-lead the A/B testing roadmaps for CRM to improve financial outcomes and channel improve performance
Create thoughtful multi-channel testing strategies inclusive of copy, creative, segmentation and message timing
Work closely with Analytics lead to monitor performance and define KPIs, including revenue per message, repeat purchase rate, LTV, churn, engagement, and channel contribution goals
Establish revenue and list growth goals, tracking performance and data analysis for continuous CRM optimization
Ensure accurate consumer data based on CRM best practices including monitoring email list health, deliverability and compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM
Develop advanced customer segmentation, predictive modeling and AI-driven personalization strategies
Ensure compliance with global data privacy, security, and governance standards
With Analytics lead, apply advanced analytics to measure performance — including LTV analysis, attribution modeling, and ROI
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or email marketing
Experience in DTC and or Retailer.com CRM management, preferably within the retail or beauty industry
Strong understanding of CRM principles, segmentation strategies, and customer lifecycle management
Proficiency in Klaviyo, Attentive, GA; MTA tools a plus
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for interpreting customer behavior and campaign performance
Highly analytical with the ability to draw and articulate data stories and actionable insights drawing from multiple data sources
