Product (Solutions) Marketing Manager
Hach, a Veralto company, is dedicated to ensuring water quality globally and is seeking a Product (Solutions) Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of new product launches. This role involves crafting messaging, driving demand, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful market introduction of products.

Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for new products and releases—driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring launch readiness internally and externally
Drive demand and pipeline generation by partnering with Growth Marketing and Commercial teams on sales plays, campaigns, and content that converts
Craft compelling messaging and positioning for new launches—grounded in voice of customer, sales insights, and competitive differentiation
Build and optimize sales enablement (tools + training) so Sales and Service teams can confidently articulate value and win in the market
Curate and create content across channels—case studies, testimonials, data sheets, web content, catalogs, marketplace listings, merchandising, and more
Engage customers to uncover needs and preferences—identifying what features matter most and translating insights into market strategy
Identify and monitor market opportunities—supporting business cases, opportunity sizing, and pursuit plans
Incorporate win/loss insights into competitive content, messaging, and positioning—continuously improving performance and relevance
Own a solutions content strategy and calendar, developing high-impact programs that improve acquisition, funnel conversion, engagement, and lifetime value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in product/solutions marketing, solutions marketing, B2B marketing, or related GTM roles
Proven success leading launches and enhancements of products, solutions, and/or services in a B2B environment
Demonstrated ability to create messaging, positioning, and cross-channel narratives that drive commercial results
Strong experience building content strategy and sales enablement (assets, playbooks, training, launch readiness)
Strong customer discovery and insight-generation skills (voice of customer, win/loss, competitive analysis)
Product marketing certifications are a plus!
