Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, website, email, and paid channels
Manage and grow Shalina Diagnostics’ social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement)
Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive service awareness and bookings
Create compelling content for health education, promotions, and brand visibility
Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversion
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with internal teams to promote diagnostic services, health packages, and outreach programs
Ensure all digital content aligns with healthcare compliance and brand guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3 – 5 years' experience in digital marketing (healthcare experience is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
