Responsibilities
Support and maintain ERP systems (Infor XA preferred)
Administer iSeries environments including user access and system configuration
Build SQL queries and reports for business insights
Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations
Support ERP upgrades, integrations, and cloud initiatives
Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and meet SLAs
Create basic project plans and support ERP-related projects
Provide user support and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or a related field
5+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
iSeries administration experience and CL command knowledge
Strong SQL skills
Familiarity with Infor XA or another ERP platform
Self-starter with strong communication skills
Preferred
Support and maintain ERP systems (Infor XA preferred)
