Responsibilities

Become skilled at operating CNC machinery, playing a critical role in assembling the components that define security

Dive into the world of assembly and secondary machining, where precision meets efficiency

Collaborate with your peers and supervisor to synchronize production schedules and set new standards of productivity and efficiency

Qualification

Required

A High School diploma (or equivalency) and are mechanically inclined with a knack for mathematics and technology

The physical ability to become one with your machine—understanding, operating, troubleshooting, and maybe even whispering to it to keep things running smoothly

Basic computer skills to keep up with the digital side of manufacturing

The strength to lift up to 40 pounds (occasionally) and the agility to navigate the dynamic landscape of a manufacturing production floor

A team-oriented mindset, armed with effective communication skills, ready to collaborate, innovate, and excel
